2024 Season Registration 

Welcome to Weston Drama Workshop’s 2024 Season Registration! To register for the summer of 2024, please follow the links below for payment by check or PayPal. Payment and refund policies are included below.  If you have any questions regarding registration, please email westondramaworkshop.reg@gmail.com.

Summer 2024 Tuition Rates

1. Morning Program: $1,800 until 12/31/23, $1,900 effective 1/1/24  
2. Afternoon Program: $1,400 until 12/31/23, $1,500 effective 1/1/24  
3. Morning and Afternoon Program: $3,200 until 12/31/23, $3,400 effective 1/1/24 
4. Evening Program Guaranteed Placement: $850 
5. Evening Program Audition Only: $850

Morning Program Payment and Refund Policies (Waitlist Available Only)

1. To be put on Waitlist please fill out the Pay by Check Registration and we will notify you if any spaces open up.
2. Any registrations after December 31, 2023, must pay in full at the time of registration.
3. The $100 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration. 
4. Payment of $850 is due by October 31, 2023, and is non-refundable after this date. 
5. The final payment of $850 is due by December 31, 2023, and is non-refundable after this date. 
6. No refunds of any kind will be processed after December 31, 2023.
7. If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Afternoon Program Payment and Refund Policies (Waitlist Available Only)

1. Any registrations after December 31, 2023, must pay in full at the time of registration.
2. The $100 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration. 
3. Payment of $650 is due by October 31, 2023, and is non-refundable after this date. 
4. The final payment of $650 is due by December 31, 2023, and is non-refundable after this date. 
5. No refunds of any kind will be processed after December 31, 2023.
6. If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Morning and Afternoon Program Payment and Refund Policies (Waitlist Available Only)

1. Any registrations after December 31, 2023, must pay in full at the time of registration.
2. The $200 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration. 
3. Payment of $1,500 is due by October 31, 2023, and is non-refundable after this date. 
4. The final payment of $1,500 is due by December 31, 2023, and is non-refundable after this date. 
5. No refunds of any kind will be processed after December 31, 2023.
6. If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $200 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Evening Program (Guaranteed Placement) Payment and Refund Policies (Guaranteed Placement Closed – Audition Only Available)

1. Full payment of $850 is due at the time of registration.
2. No refunds will be processed at any time for this program. 
3. If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Evening Program (Audition Only) Payment and Refund Policies 

1. The $100 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration. 
2. Payment of $750 is due by May 31, 2024, if placed into a production, and is non-refundable after this date. 
3. If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Paying with PayPal

1. All PayPal transactions will be charged an additional service charge, which is reflected in the PayPal order form. 
2. If you pay using PayPal, please ensure that the name and address you enter on the PayPal page match the name and address on file with your credit card company.  We pre-fill the PayPal fields with a name and address but have encountered issues where the credit card used has a different name (for example, Dad registers but uses Mom’s card to pay…)  Please let us know if your PayPal transaction does not complete correctly.

Scholarship Applications
Please complete your registration for the WDW season and pay the non-refundable processing fee at the time of registration.  If you are in need of financial assistance for the 2022 Program, submit the scholarship application no later than May 10, 2024. You will receive notice of our decision within two weeks of the deadline.
