Evening Program Rehearsals begin at Wayland High: June 1st, 2026

Morning Program Saturday Rehearsals begin at Wayland High: May 31st, 2026

Afternoon Program Rehearsals begin at Wayland High: June 15th, 2026

Morning Program begins full-time: June 22nd, 2026

All rehearsals move to Regis College: June 22nd, 2026

Performances Begin: July 16th, 2026

Performances End: July 25th, 2026

Strike/Cast Party: July 26th, 2026

Morning Program Payment and Refund Policies 

• The $100 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration.
• Payment of $950 is due by October 31, 2025, and is non-refundable after this date.
• The final payment of $950 is due by December 31, 2025, and is non-refundable after this date.
• Any registrations after December 31, 2025, must pay in full at the time of registration.
• No refunds of any kind will be processed after December 31, 2025.
• If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Afternoon Program Payment and Refund Policies 

• The $100 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration.
• Payment of $750 is due by October 31, 2025, and is non-refundable after this date.
• The final payment of $750 is due by December 31, 2025, and is non-refundable after this date.
• Any registrations after December 31, 2025, must pay in full at the time of registration.
• No refunds of any kind will be processed after December 31, 2025.
• If a scholarship application is included with registration, no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

• The final payment of $1,700 is due by December 31, 2025, and is non-refundable after this date.

• No refunds of any kind will be processed after December 31, 2025.
• If a scholarship application is included with registration no payment beyond the $200 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Evening Program (Guaranteed Placement) Payment and Refund Policies 

• Full payment of $900 is due at the time of registration.
• No refunds will be processed at any time for this program.
• If a scholarship application is included with registration, no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Evening Program (Audition Only) Payment and Refund Policies 

• The $100 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of registration.
• Payment of $800 is due by May 31, 2026, if placed into a production, and is non-refundable after this date.
• If a scholarship application is included with registration, no payment beyond the $100 non-refundable processing fee is required until after scholarship notifications.

Please complete your registration for the WDW season and pay the non-refundable processing fee at the time of registration.  If you are in need of financial assistance for the 2026 Program, submit the scholarship application no later than May 8, 2026. You will receive notice of our decision within two weeks of the deadline.
