This 21+ event will be held at the College Hall of Regis College up on the Hill on October 20th from 7-10pmThe evening will include cocktails, appetizers, a silent auction, raffle, and performances from WDW participants past and present. 

This fundraising event is held for the purpose of raising funds to continue to secure the beautiful Regis College Fine Arts Center for the upcoming season and for years to come. It is also a wonderful celebration of the fine work that happened this past summer with Season 55 and the community we have created for 54 years before that. It should be a great evening and we really want you to be a part of this. We would also love you to bring friends who also might also be interested in supporting the mission of Weston Drama Workshop. It should be a lot of fun!

Cameron, age 10, played Billy in Billy Elliot last Summer. This was his first but not last experience with WDW and he loved it. Cameron also does regional theatre in the Boston area as well as trains in musical theatre, acting and dance at The Performing Arts Connection in Sudbury.
He is thrilled and honored to be able to perform at the WDW fundraiser to help raise funds and awareness for this wonderful program!

Casey, age 15, has been with the WDW family for 5 years. In 2017, she played Tina Harmer, one of the ballet girls and a dancing dress in Billy Elliot. Prior to that, Casey enjoyed 4 summers in the morning and afternoon programs. Favorite WDW roles include Ella in Cinderella and Margalo/Harriet Ames in Stuart Little. Casey continues to tour with The Friends of Broadway, performing at both large and small venues throughout New England. She is also a professional actor, model, and voiceover artist and works on a wide range of media projects including film, music videos, and commercials. Her next musical is The Secret Garden in the lead role of Mary Lennox. Shows run November 15-18 at Lincoln-Sudbury high school.

Last year, she tied for first place in the RINATS Children’s Musical Theater Division. Emily has done extra work in film, is working on an episode for a new web series, and plans on doing WDW as long as she can…and she can’t wait to sing with everyone at the Great Stardust Auction!

Grant, a native of Wellesley, MA, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Connecticut College with a double major in Dance and Theater, and is currently pursuing his MFA in Dance from Sarah Lawrence College. In 2013 he founded his own contemporary dance company, Grant Jacoby & Dancers, and has shown his choreography throughout New York City, the Boston area, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and France. As a teacher, he has been on faculty at Boston Ballet, The Boston Conservatory, and Brookline Academy of Dance. He spent six wonderful summers at WDW, where his favorite roles included Chip in …Spelling Bee, Bobby in A Chorus Line, and Rick/Lorraine in Bat Boy: The Musical.

Jody serves as Director of Music Ministry at Good Shepherd Parish in Wayland, Massachusetts. Over the last three decades she has directed and accompanied several choral and theatrical groups in and around Boston, Harvard University, Fay School in Southborough, MA, and for Wayland Public school events. She has served on the Wayland Cultural Council, on Wayland’s Creative Arts Parents Association, and as WDW board member for 8 years (President 2010-2013). When Jody saw the fun her children Nina, Daniel, and Isabel were having in WDW, she joined the board! Jonathan is a senior at Newton North High School, and has been participating at WDW for the past six seasons, and has had the pleasure of joining the intern team and faculty during his final two seasons. He is indebted to WDW for bringing him to together to some of his closest friends, and creating such brilliant pieces of theater. Some personal favorite WDW credits are Billy Elliot (Dad), Evita (Peron), and Godspell (Judas/John the Baptist). Other favorites have been Assassins (John Wilkes Booth), Oliver! (Fagin), and Macbeth (Macbeth), all at Newton North.

Elias is beyond grateful to be a part of this special event for Weston Drama Workshop. In past seasons, he was a morning show participant in Joseph (Pharaoh, 2007) and Seussical (Mr. Mayor, 2008). For the last two summers, he has joined WDW Staff as a musical director for Pippin and Billy Elliot. During the school year, Elias has the distinct honor of being a high school music teacher at KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate in Lynn, MA. This past academic year, Elias worked on In The Heights with his students at KIPP acting as a co-musical director with Javier Marquez, and The Producers with The Concord Players (EMACT DASH Nominee Best Musical Direction, Best Overall Production). A graduate of Boston University (College of Communications, 2016), Elias was very heavily involved in student-run theater groups such as On Broadway, Stage Troupe, and Wandering Minds. During his time at BU, he got his start with musical direction and proceeded to MD five shows (Songs for A New World, Follies in Concert, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Drowsy Chaperone, and Miscast: A Benefit Showcase). Marielle has been participating in theatre since a young age and hopes to continue to pursue it for the rest of her life. Meghan recently performed for one million people in over 30 cities while in the Broadway National Tour of Annie as the Star To Be and Lily St. Regis. Leapin’ Lizards! A bi-coastal actress, Meghan also plays Rachel in the TV Show “Mi Casa Mi Casa.” With over 50 productions to date, her favorites include Roxie in Chicago, Cinderella in Into the Woods, Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie (WDW), Cosette in Les Miserables, and Olive in Spelling Bee (WDW). Meghan spent 10 years with WDW as both a performer and an educator, she holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and currently lives in New York. Mike was raised in Holliston, MA and received his BFA from the Hartt School of Music in Hartford, CT. He spent four consecutive summers performing with WDW where he made life long friends. Professionally Mike has been a part of the national touring companies of Rodgers andHammerstein’s Cinderella, Elf: The Musical, and Disney’s Beauty and the Beast which played the Boston Opera House. He has worked at a number of regional theatres, most recently NEWSIES at Maine state Music Theatre.

Phillip is a rising senior at Wesleyan University, studying Music and Computer Science focusing on the integration of the digital sphere with art, music, and performance. He spends most of his time working for Second Stage, Wesleyan’s student theater production company, teaching new technicians and overseeing the technical aspects of the productions. Otherwise, he can most likely be found hiking, baking with friends, or making puzzles. He has participated at WDW for the last six years as a pit musician, assistant music director, and this past summer as a music director. Sarah graduated from NYU with a BFA in Drama (Stella Adler/CAP21) and has worked at theaters throughout the country. Tom participated in 3 WDW seasons – as Adam in Children of Eden in 2010, as Eddie in Blood Brothers in 2013, and as the Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz in 2015. He attended St. Sebastian’s High School and went on to Harvard University – at both schools he participated in numerous shows, choirs, and a cappella groups. Notably, he (director) and his brother Paul (assistant music director) collaborated with Jason Robert Brown on a production of Songs for a New World at Harvard’s campus in 2014, and in 2016 he embarked on an international singing tour with his college a cappella group, the Harvard Krokodiloes. Currently, Tom serves on the WDW board and works in Data Analytics at Wayfair, an online home goods store based in Boston.

Will is deeply excited to be performing again for WDW, the place that helped him decide to be an actor! Will grew up with Jonathan in London, England, but is now in his senior year at Ithaca College, pursuing a BFA in Acting! Some WDW credits include the Baker in Into the Woods, the Narrator in Blood Brothers, and his first and favourite, Enjolras in Les Miserables. More recently, Will appeared as Louis Dubedat in The Doctor’s Dilemma at the Peterborough Players, and Peter in Peter and the Starcatcher (New Hampshire Premiere) at the Winnipesaukee Playhouse!
